My name is Autumn and I am the founder and CEO of SmooveGal Beauty. For as long as I can remember I’ve always been obsessed with all things beauty and empowerment. Whether it’s with fly makeup, unique hairstyles, or stylish clothes... whatever makes you feel good makes you look good. In a world where you can be anything, with my brand I hope to inspire the bold, the outrageous, the authentic, and most importantly the Smoove.
The SmooveGal Brand is a growing beauty brand founded in June 2016 and based in Houston, Texas. At SmooveGal, our motto is: If You Ain't Smoove, You're Rough. We want to give our customers a warm welcome from the SmooveGal Brand. We always strive to deliver the most luxurious products to our customers. SHIPPING & RETURN

Shipping + Handling
Standard Shipping (2-14 business days)
Once the package has left our facility and is received by the post office, we will send a tracking number. We are not liable for ANY lost or damaged packages due to mishandling by the carrier.
SmooveGal is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, and returns to the sender.
Please email support@smoovegal.com with any discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, within 7 business days from delivery.
Please allow all orders to process within 1-4 business days.
We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, carrier mishandling, or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient addresses, no P.O. Box number, refusal, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay of up to 48 hours. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address.
Please allow 2-14 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your items to arrive or longer for standard US Shipping.
Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 50 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 50 states.

For Express & Priority Services, we do not ship to PO BOX addresses. We will contact the customer for a residential/business address if we receive any PO BOX addresses via these services. Please note that this could take additional processing time and delay your package by 24-48 hours.
